Starry trail
Mont-Laurier, Canada
Since this summer, the André-Bolduc trail has been lit up with a shower of personalized lanterns accompanied by light structures.
Sentier Étoilé (Starry Path) is a collaborative project featuring 200 custom lanterns created during a workshop by the city's residents, themed around remembrance. These lanterns now illuminate the foliage of the trees along the André-Bolduc trail. At the entrance and exit of this trail, we designed and installed self-supporting light structures that reflect the culture of the city of Mont-Laurier and the Benedictine sisters, who lived in this very place and walked the trail for decades.
