Fulldome

Full Dome films are audiovisual productions specifically designed to be projected onto the complete interior of a dome, such as those in planetariums or immersive 360-degree theaters. Unlike a traditional film projected onto a flat screen, a Full Dome film completely envelops the viewer. The image covers the entire vault of the dome, creating an immersive experience where the audience can look in all directions. The films are generally produced in the form of a 180° circular image called a fisheye, and then projected using one or more synchronized projectors.
